Why is it difficult for factories to recruit and retain people?
Why is it difficult for factories to recruit and retain people?
Employment pressure is increasing. Millions of people have squeezed their heads for a decent, easy, and well-paid job, using various relationships to obtain this job. However, in the manufacturing industry, it is hard to find. Many recruitment notices at the entrance of factories are not cared about. Even a listed company needs to "recruit people every day." Some people say: A factory that can't hire people is definitely not a good company. Then why does the factory recruit people every day?
There are three specific reasons
1. Nowadays, many of them are college students or college graduates. Most people are unwilling to work standing up, without air conditioning, long working hours, and implementing "two shifts" and "three shifts". Do they have weekend work? Most people are reluctant to go Done. If many factories still use "80s" wages, please hire employees born in the 90s and 00s. It's harder.
2. The processing industry is not adapting to the requirements of the post-80s and post-90s. The young people born in the 80s and 90s are the world of these generations. This is a very big challenge for the processing and manufacturing industries that have always had low product unit prices. Many people born in the 70s choose to work on the construction site because the construction site is relatively free and the salary is relatively high compared to the factory. The post-80s and post-90s would rather do sales, run express delivery and deliver food than work in factories, because these industries are free and there is no one to restrain them, and sales sometimes make more money than factories.
3. The processing plant has many and strict rules. In relatively young processing plants, many supervisors’ concepts have not yet been converted. These young people born in the 80s and 90s are still treated the same as those born in the 60s and 70s. If they do something wrong, they will show their faces or curse. The latter is directly fined and impersonal at all! The imprint of bureaucracy on these executives has not faded. Become a small official and you will be self-righteous, and your head will go to the sky. How can such a supervisor and working environment remain the master?
The workers in the factory are very hard-working and tired. Everyone is leaving their hometown. Their greatest wish is to find a good company, meet a good supervisor and a good boss, and get a better treatment.
