For many non-standard parts processing customers, when choosing a supplier, the most concern is whether the supplier has the technology to meet the drawing processing accuracy. In the Shenzhen precision machining industry, it is easy to find suppliers, but it is difficult to find a suitable CNC machining supplier that can meet the requirements of drawing processing, and you must be cautious. In short, the accuracy is at risk, and the processing needs to be cautious.
In non-standard parts machining centers, more tools are generally needed during the machining process. In order to ensure the machining accuracy of precision parts, the order of tool replacement must be reasonably arranged. The corresponding machining tool replacement is the machining sequence. The general process principle is to make the base surface first, then punch the holes, and then divide the primary and secondary.
In the machining process of mechanical precision parts, the machining of the reference plane is optimal, which provides a positioning reference for the machining of other surfaces. The reference for this process positioning is the reference for the next process positioning. Therefore, when the positioning benchmarks of all the processes in the processing of a non-standard part are determined, the sequence arrangement of the entire processing process can be pushed forward.
When arranging the processing sequence of mechanical precision parts, it must be clear whether non-standard parts need to be processed and processed. Pre-machining is also usually done by CNC lathes. If the rough accuracy of the workpiece is high, the positioning is also guaranteed, or the processing volume is sufficient, it can be processed directly in the machining center without preprocessing. This needs to consider the accuracy of the rough datum and the process difference of the machining center, which can be completed by several processes or one process.
Similarly, if the pretreatment surface and the machining center operating surface have different standard requirements, sufficient machining allowance must be reserved during pretreatment. It ends in one clamping of the non-standard CNC machining center, and all the processing contents including the pre-machined surface must also be included to ensure the final precision parts processing accuracy.
